1. Physical Products

1.1 Return Eligibility

Customized products (custom engravings or personalized designs) ❌ No Unless defective
Natural material products (wood, stone, crystal items, etc.) ⚠️ Limited Natural variations in color, grain, or texture are not defects
Other products (hand-carved statues, bracelets, necklaces, zodiac accessories) ✅ Yes Within 14 days, unused, original packaging

1.2 Return Window

For eligible products, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

1.3 Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • All tags and accessories must be included

1.4 Non-returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items beyond the 14-day return window

  • Used, worn, or damaged items

  • Missing or damaged original packaging

  • Change of mind (e.g., "don't like it", "not as expected")

  • Natural variations in natural materials (color, grain, texture, size differences)

  • Customized products (unless defective)

1.5 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using trackable shipping. We are not responsible for lost return packages

1.6 Refund Process

  1. Contact us to request a return with your order number and reason

  2. After review, we will provide the return address

  3. Ship back the product and provide tracking number

  4. After we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund within 7 business days

  5. Refund will be issued to your original payment method

1.7 Refund Amount

  • Refund amount is the product purchase price (excluding original shipping)

  • If a discount code was used, the refund is based on the actual amount paid

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products with manufacturing defects.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with photo proof

  • After verification, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange

3. Quality Complaints

If you have quality concerns, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Provide your order number, product photos, and a description of the issue

  • We will respond and provide a solution within 7 business days
