Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all physical products purchased through the Heavenly Secret website (including but not limited to hand-carved wood statues, bracelets, necklaces, zodiac accessories, home decor items, etc.).


1. Processing Time

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong and the destination country.

Processing time begins after payment is completed and order confirmation is received.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Destination country/region

  • Product weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping method

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you submit your order.

Factors Affecting Delivery Time

Actual delivery may be affected by:

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Local postal service efficiency

  • Force majeure (severe weather, pandemics, strikes, etc.)

  • Peak holiday seasons (Christmas, Lunar New Year, Black Friday, etc.)

We do not guarantee specific delivery dates unless expressly stated.


4. Order Tracking

  • After shipment, we will send you a tracking number and tracking link via email

  • You can track your package on the carrier's website using the tracking link

  • Standard shipping may not provide full tracking

  • Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update on the carrier's system


5. International Shipping and Customs

5.1 You understand and agree that international shipping (delivery address outside Hong Kong) may require customs clearance.

5.2 Customs Duties and Taxes:

  • Order prices do not include any import duties, VAT, sales tax, or other destination fees

  • These fees are your responsibility (the consignee)

  • Please consult your local customs office for specific rates and policies

5.3 Customs clearance delays are not our responsibility. We do not offer refunds or compensation for such delays.

5.4 If you refuse to pay customs duties or cooperate with customs clearance, resulting in the package being returned or destroyed, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting the actual round-trip shipping costs (if any).


6. Receiving and Signing for Your Package

6.1 Inspection Before Signing

Please inspect the outer packaging before signing. If you notice obvious damage, crushing, or signs of tampering:

  • Take photos or videos immediately

  • Note "outer packaging damaged" on the signature slip

  • Keep all packaging materials

6.2 Receipt by Others

If the package is received by someone else (e.g., property management, front desk, neighbor), you are deemed to have authorized them, and the risk passes to you.

6.3 Package Not Received

If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package:

  • Check your home, property management, mailbox, or with neighbors

  • Contact the local carrier (using the tracking number)

  • If confirmed lost, please contact us immediately


7. Shipping Issue Resolution

Package returned If returned due to incorrect address, failure to pick up, or refusal to pay customs, you must pay actual round-trip shipping costs before reshipment or refund
Damaged in transit Take photos upon receipt and contact us within 7 days. After verification, we will reship or issue a partial refund

For shipping issues not caused by us (e.g., incorrect address, customer refusal to accept, refusal to pay customs), related costs are your responsibility.


8. Address Errors and Modifications

8.1 You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

8.2 If the order has not yet shipped, you may contact us to request an address change. We will try our best to assist but cannot guarantee success.

8.3 If the order has already shipped, the address cannot be changed. Lost or returned packages due to incorrect address are your responsibility, including any additional shipping costs.
