1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 To use certain services, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete personal information.

2.2 You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. We are not liable for any losses caused by your failure to maintain account and password security.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Confirmation: After you submit an order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This indicates that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason (including product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, etc.).

3.2 Prices: All prices are shown in the currency and amount displayed at checkout. Prices do not include any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Payment: We process payments through Shopify Payments or other third-party payment processors. You agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize us to charge it.

3.4 Currency Conversion: If you pay in a currency different from the store's default currency, exchange rates are determined by the payment processor, and any currency conversion differences are your responsibility.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 We will ship to the shipping address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the address is accurate.

4.2 Estimated shipping times are shown on product pages for reference only and do not constitute a guarantee.

4.3 International Shipping: You understand that cross-border shipping may require customs clearance and may incur additional duties, taxes, or delays. These fees and risks are your responsibility.

4.4 Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is delivered to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Physical Products:

• Customized products (such as personalized engravings or custom-made items) are not accepted for return unless defective.

• Products made from natural materials (such as natural wood, stone, or crystal): Natural variations in color, grain, and texture do not constitute quality defects and are not grounds for return.

• Other products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, must be in original packaging and unused. Return shipping fees are your responsibility.

5.2 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment processor.

6. Product Descriptions and Information

6.1 We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information is completely error-free.

6.2 Natural Materials Notice: Some of our products are made from natural materials (such as wood, stone, crystal, etc.). Natural variations in color, grain, and texture are not quality defects.

6.3 Product images are for reference only. Actual products may differ slightly from the images shown.

11.2 Our total liability to you (whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past six months.

11.3 We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, server failures, hacker attacks, etc.).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the services.

13.2 Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) shall survive.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules in effect at the time of submission. The place of arbitration shall be Hong Kong, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

14.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing arbitration agreement, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.

15. Changes to These Terms

15.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be updated.

15.2 Your continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should stop using the services.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements.
