2.3 You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Confirmation: After you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but does not mean it has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.

3.2 Prices: All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

3.3 Payment: We process payments through Shopify Payments or other third-party processors. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

3.4 Currency Conversion: If you pay in a currency different from the store's default, exchange rates are determined by your payment processor, and any conversion differences are your responsibility.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 We ship to the address you provide. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate — we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

4.2 Estimated shipping times shown on product pages are for reference only and are not guaranteed.

4.3 International Shipping: Cross-border shipments may require customs clearance and may incur additional duties, taxes, or delays. These fees and risks are your responsibility.

4.4 Loss or Transit Damage: Lost packages and transit damage are handled under our Shipping Policy. For verified transit damage, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Physical Products:

• Natural crystal bracelets may be eligible for return when you contact us within 14 days from the shipment date (the date the order is dispatched). The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. The current Refund Policy contains the complete conditions and exclusions.

• Defective or damaged bracelets: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with clear photo evidence. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and Heavenly Secret will cover the applicable shipping costs.

• Natural variation: Variations in color, pattern, inclusions, texture, or size that are inherent to the stated materials are not quality defects.

5.2 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Product Descriptions and Information

6.1 We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all information is entirely error-free.

6.2 Natural Materials Notice: Our crystal bracelets may contain natural stone, crystal, jade, or other materials as described on each product page. Natural variations in color, pattern, inclusions, and texture are not quality defects.
